On the world stage, he has performed with such orchestras as the Berlin Philharmonic, Saint Martin in the Fields, the National Symphony Orchestra in Washington, DC, the Shanghai Philharmonic, and the Hamburg Symphony Orchestra, to name a few. Mr. Plesser devotes much of his time to chamber music. He has performed on some of the world’s leading stages, including Vienna’s Konzerthouse, Berlin’s Philharmonie, NYC’s Carnegie Hall, and London’s Wigmore Hall, among others. He is frequently invited to music festivals around the world including Four Seasons and Mayfest in the US, Utrecht International Music Festival, Rolandseck, ClasClas and Salon de Provence in Europe as well as Le Point in Japan.
Mr. Plesser is a graduate of the Juilliard School where he studied with Zara Nelsova. Mr. Plesser is a professor at the Jerusalem Academy of Music. In 2024 Mr. Plesser was appointed to teach at the Juilliard School in New York.
